Pella City Council to Consider Annexation Application Tuesday

The Pella City Council will look to annex over 160 acres of land at their meeting Tuesday.

According to memo to council, they will review a resolution to approve a voluntary annexation of land by RDP Holdings, LLC, north of the intersection of G28 and Highway T15, and connected to the end of West 16th Street near Pella Printing. RDP is a developer working on bringing several housing developments to Pella. The Pella City Council meeting begins at 7 p.m. Tuesday.
