WASHINGTON D.C., May 15, 2025 ~ An impeachment bill seeking to oust President Donald Trump was not brought up to vote after private Democrat outrage at the attempt.

Democrat Rep. Shri Thanedar (MI-13) recently introduced the articles of impeachment over Trump’s tariff and immigration policies, though many Democrats viewed the effort as a distraction, leading to Thanedar to pull the call to vote. “That’s a very serious thing when you bring up impeachment, and it tore the country apart when it happened the last time that they did it,Rep. Debbie Dingell (MI-6) “You have to build consensus, you have to work with your colleagues, and you’ve got to build a strong case. There are many things that you need to do.
