The Crookston Pirate Baseball team is the #6 seed in the Section 8AA West Sub-section and will travel to Warroad to take on the #3 seed Warroad Warriors at 5:00 p.m. tonight. KROX will have the game on the radio with the RiverView Health pre-game show at 4:30 p.m. The teams met twice in Warroad during the regular season with Warroad winning 3-2 and 5-3.
Crookston is 3-12 on the year and hasn’t played since Friday, May 16 when they lost a rained out game to Hawley 12-7. Warroad is 9-10 on the year after beating Roseau 5-3 and Lake of the Woods 8-4 on Thursday.
